Our Mission
Our mission is to protect the rights of foreign workers in Romania by offering legal support, social assistance, and community integration. We stand against discrimination, ensure fair treatment at the workplace, and help every worker feel respected and safe while building a life here.
We believe that everyone, regardless of where they come from, deserves fairness, dignity, and equal access to opportunities.
Our Vision
"Rights Without Borders" is a pioneering non-profit initiative devoted to breaking down barriers and ensuring the protection of rights and dignity for all foreign citizens, regardless of their geographical origin, cultural identity or socio-economic circumstances.

Legal Services
Review and verification of employment contracts
Protection of employees' rights and interests in relation to Romanian employers
Representation before Romanian public institutions
Representation before tax authorities (ANAF)
Representation before the General Inspectorate for Immigration (IGI)
Representation before Romanian courts, with no costs for proceedings related to defending employee rights or recovering unpaid wages
Support Services
Assistance with residence visa extensions and family reunification
Awareness campaigns on traffic legislation and safety rules
Advice and legal support in case of workplace accidents
Community and cultural events

Funding and Support
In accordance with Romanian law, an association functions on a non-profit basis. Given the limited funding opportunities compared to private companies, our organisation relies entirely on the contributions of its founding members and the donations of its supporters. By joining and contributing an annual fee of €98, you help us fulfill our mission and make a meaningful impact in society.
